About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Termite Sales Specialist to join our team at Aptive Environmental. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with Leads: Engage with warm leads to discuss termite treatments and provide personalized solutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Inspection and Reporting: Conduct thorough inspections of properties, identifying signs of termite activity, preventative measures, and necessary treatments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensing/Certification: Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
  • Driver's License: Valid US driver's license for at least 3 years, with a clean driving record.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.

  • Compensation: $18/hour plus commission, with average monthly earnings ranging from $7,000 to $12,000.
