**Job Summary**
As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services in our outpatient setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal independence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Initiate and coordinate discharge planning for occupational therapy services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Current CA Occupational Therapy License or eligibility letter.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- CHT or HTC certification.
