Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Vice President of Operations will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with the strategic goals of the facility. This role involves resource acquisition and team collaboration to ensure successful project coordination. As a key member of the management team, you will engage in institutional planning, policy formulation, priority setting, and management decision-making. You will oversee operational responsibilities for designated departments as assigned by the supervising executive.
Key Duties Include:
- Collaborating with the Administrative Team to address requests for market and facility insights.
- Working with the Administrative Team and medical staff to improve existing processes and develop new service opportunities.
- Providing leadership in administration and operations for assigned departments.
- Ensuring adherence to Customer Service principles to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the fiscal operations of assigned departments, utilizing the budget for revenue and expense assessments.
- Overseeing departmental operations to meet targets for Key Performance Indicators.
- Complying with leadership responsibilities under the Ethics and Compliance Program.
- Building strong relationships with physicians, staff, and peers.
- Utilizing HCA tools for effective management of responsibilities.
- Performing additional duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital setting is preferred.
