LPN Float Pool Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our float pool team at Pennsburg Manor. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and schedules, including every other weekend or full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
