EHS Director

Synerfac is seeking an EHS Manager to lead our safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment for all employees and guests.

• Develop and implement safety improvement initiatives to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for environmental health and safety, providing guidance and support to plant management and employees.
• Lead sustainability efforts at the plant, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce waste and emissions.
• Identify and communicate site safety issues to plant management, working collaboratively to resolve them.
• Maintain reporting mechanisms for site sustainability efforts and results, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in safety or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in an EHS role at a manufacturing company, with a strong background in management and leadership.
