Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Staff Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapy Position, you will be responsible for examining patients with breathing-related conditions and conducting diagnostic testing. You will consult with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient, perform physiotherapy and other treatments, and teach patients to use medications.

Responsibilities
  • Examine patients with breathing-related conditions and conduct diagnostic testing
  • Consult with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient
  • Perform physiotherapy and other treatments
  • Teach patients to use medications
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program approved by the NBRC
  • Minimum one year experience preferred
  • Currently licensed by the State of New Mexico as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • Registered with NBRC (RRT) within 6 months of hire
  • Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, NRP required
