The Stanford Hotel Group is in search of a dedicated Safety and Security Specialist to enhance our team and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our esteemed hotel. Join us in delivering exceptional service in a prestigious environment.
Position Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: This role requires flexibility to work swing shifts and overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel assets.
- Conduct regular inspections of all hotel facilities, including event spaces and guest accommodations, to maintain safety standards.
- Monitor access points to ensure that only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
- Document incidents as necessary, including injuries, thefts, and other significant occurrences.
- Complete daily activity logs to maintain accurate records of security operations.
- Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established hotel protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a security role.
Skills:
- Able to manage stressful situations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to lift at least 75 pounds.
- Good vision, either naturally or with corrective lenses.
- Overall good health.
Licenses & Certifications:
Required: CPR certification
Preferred: Guard Card, First Aid certification
