Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication, language, and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with families to support treatment goals and provide education on therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arkansas.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
