You will manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and drive business results through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and improve occupancy rates.
  • Develop and implement effective rental pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including budgeting and forecasting tools.
  • Collaborate with regional management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily housing operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, is also required. Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
