We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate to enhance our client's highly regarded sponsor finance group. This position is available in either New York or Chicago.
The successful candidate will possess approximately 3-4 years of relevant leveraged finance experience, representing a variety of stakeholders including borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders, and other investors in a broad spectrum of debt finance activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Acquisition financings
- Dividend recapitalizations
- Asset-based lending facilities
- General working capital arrangements
- Debt restructurings and reorganizations, including debtor-in-possession financing
Experience on the lender side, particularly in middle market transactions, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Our client's sponsor finance group fosters a collaborative and entrepreneurial atmosphere, dedicated to the professional growth and development of all associates within the team. You will be part of a group of skilled attorneys committed to excellence in this practice area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions and take on increasing responsibilities in a supportive environment that encourages you to excel and add value to our diverse and expanding practice.
The compensation range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000.
