ProMedica Senior Living Community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role will involve direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory duties for caregivers.

The LPN will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, ensuring that resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met
  • Implement facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years clinical experience
  • Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population, preferred
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
