Electrical Foreman

**Job Summary**

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Solar Electrician Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar electric systems and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the installation of solar electric systems and identify any potential safety hazards or quality control issues.

2. Collaborate with our electrical team to develop and implement effective installation methods and procedures.

3. Provide on-the-spot corrective action to address any safety or quality control issues that arise during the installation process.

4. Instruct and train junior electrical technicians in the installation of solar electric systems, including safety procedures and best practices.

5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

6. Work closely with our project management team to ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.

7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.

8. Develop and maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets, backcharges, and quantity reports.

**Requirements**

1. 6 years of industrial construction experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

2. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
