Plant Manager

Bleema Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality and maintenance, to ensure that production processes are optimized and that any issues are resolved quickly.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a plant management or production leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
