Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our principal and senior architects to develop design concepts, considering client needs, building usage, and existing context.
  • Produce detailed design and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compile project specifications, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and report on project status.
  • Liaise with construction professionals and engineering consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Working knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software, such as ArchiCAD.
  • Strong imagination, ability to think and create in three dimensions, and visual awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and a minimum BArch degree in Architecture.
