Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy software applications that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate software deployment and monitoring processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve software products.
Requirements
  • A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
  • Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Required Skills:
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator:
    • Proficient in managing and administering Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
    • Container and Container Orchestration Experience:
    • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    • High-speed Networking and Network Protocol Experience (Preferred): Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and experience optimizing network performance.
    • Python:
    • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in developing scalable and efficient software applications.
    • GitOps - Agile Dev(Sec): Familiarity with GitOps principles and experience using GitLab for agile development, security operations, and CI/CD workflows.
    • API Development Experience:
    • Experience in designing and implementing APIs using technologies such as gRPC, CORBA, REST, etc.
    • Linux / Unix Experience:
    • Proficient in Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools for software development and debugging.
    • Distributed Processing Application Development Experience:
    • Experience in developing high-performance, distributed processing applications, leveraging technologies like distributed computing frameworks, message queues, or stream processing platforms.
