Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Putnam Care Center in Hurricane, WV. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
  • Assist patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Position patients in correct body alignment in and out of bed.

Requirements
  • Certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of hire.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
  • Must have basic knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn.
