Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma or associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Alabama.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $63,500 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
