About the Role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare to adult and adolescent populations. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring our patients receive comprehensive care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medication management and therapy services to adult and adolescent populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

 

Requirements

  • A licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Psychiatric Mental Health Certification.
  • Experience working with adult and adolescent populations.
  • Ability to provide both medication management and therapy services.

 

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
