Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA at Achieving True Self, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote skill transfer and ongoing progress.
About the Role
- Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers.
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
- Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay rates, including $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours and $15.00 per hour for indirect hours.
- A sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time BCBA's and $3500 for part-time BCBA's after successful completion of 400 and 275 billable hours within 6 months, respectively.
- Bi-weekly pay, up to 2 weeks paid time off, and up to 12 floating holiday hours.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- An inherent desire to train, supervise, and develop new BHTs and RBTs to support exceptional clinical outcomes.
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
