Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage survey projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Leadership: Oversee multiple survey crews and office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Independently perform complex duties, including assembling deed mosaics, reviewing right-of-way plans, and conducting construction stakeout.
- Business Development: Solicit new work opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all corporate QA/QC requirements and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the job.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Licensure: Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of MA.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience with PLS license.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, experience with Civil3D, MicroStation, and Carlson Survey, and strong project management skills.
