You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interpreting construction documents, tracking metrics, and using tools like Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing essential project deliverables, such as submittals, shop drawings, logistics, and invoicing, with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with clients and vendors to proactively resolve challenges and ensure on-time project completion.
  • Supporting senior project managers by tracking profitability, preparing reports, and coordinating field activities.
  • Organizing and maintaining project documentation (digital and paper) and assisting in change order processing.
  • Monitoring construction schedules, overseeing delivery logistics, and coordinating billing with accounting to maintain project accuracy.
