About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our Food & Beverage team at Target. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute custom cake designs to meet guest expectations
  • Prepare and decorate cakes for special occasions and events
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Engage with guests to understand their cake needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of cake orders
  • Stay up-to-date on cake decorating trends and techniques to provide innovative designs
Requirements
  • Previous cake decorating experience preferred
  • Artistic skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
