- Ensure the presentation of model and target apartments meets high standards for showcasing.
- Availability on Saturdays is required.
- Maintain awareness of the property's curb appeal.
- Prepare all lease documentation and facilitate signatures from all parties as necessary.
- Keep the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book updated.
- Engage in daily marketing efforts through various channels.
- Support the Property Manager in fostering a positive resident relations program.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in leasing or property management.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate relevant software.
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm when engaging with prospective and current residents.
