POSITION SUMMARY
As an Automotive Assistant Manager at Big O Tires, you will be responsible for supervising the daily functions of the retail outlet to ensure operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability, collaborating closely with the Store Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the opening and closing processes of the store(s)
  • Assist the Store Manager with assigned tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize loss and place orders as needed
  • Address customer complaints in accordance with established protocols
  • Effectively utilize point-of-sale systems and software
  • Review and finalize work orders and inspection documentation
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is essential
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a rotating day off
  • Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Ability to understand safety protocols and manuals
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members
  • Competence in computer usage and relevant software applications
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs independently
