Job Title: Tax Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Associate to join our team at Intuit. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tax advice and guidance to customers
* Prepare and file business and personal tax returns
* Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer tax advice and tax return preparation issues
* Document customer interactions

Requirements:

* 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
* Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting
* Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
* Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
* Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
