Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in Equal Opportunities Investigations at the college level.
  • Design and implement effective learning strategies and environments to engage students.
  • Assess student learning and provide regular feedback to ensure student success.
  • Participate in college service activities, including department, division, and college-level committees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and industry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of recent, related occupational experience outside the field of education.
  • One year of related work experience must be within the past five years.
  • Two years of full-time equivalent teaching experience in a related area at an accredited college within the past five years may be substituted for the one year of related work experience within the past five years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior teaching experience.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, adjunct position. The instructor will be responsible for teaching courses on a as-needed basis. The instructor will be expected to work daytime, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
