Lead Craftsman

Ace Handyman Services Southern Maine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Craftsman to join our team. As a Lead Craftsman, you will be responsible for leading a team of craftsmen, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Lead a team of craftsmen to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
• Provide guidance and training to junior craftsmen to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective work processes and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members to ensure seamless project execution

• Proven experience as a Lead Craftsman or in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of building trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, and plumbing
