About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing software and systems from vision to production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with IT Project Management for software projects
  • 5+ years of experience with programming in Java, Python, NodeJS, or .Net
  • 5+ years of experience with leading technical teams
  • 4+ years of experience with software architecture, including design, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects
  • Experience with Agile software project management tools, including Jira or Confluence
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help to lead a teamwork in an Agile, team-based environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with software and system architecture and ServiceNow
  • Experience with object-oriented design (OOD) to develop flexible and maintainable programs
  • Experience with database design, SQL, or relational databases
  • Experience with the SDLC, identifying technical gaps in user stories and acceptance criteria, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and managing project dependencies across multiple projects
  • Knowledge of project and program management practices in a Navy or USMC environment
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • DoD 8140 Certification, including Security+, Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or SAFe

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
