Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous IOC Support:
- Deliver uninterrupted support as required by governmental directives.
Intelligence Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide up-to-date intelligence insights to leadership through notification reports, situation assessments, and the preparation of briefing materials for the National Security Council (NSC).
- Present current intelligence matters and urgent developments to senior officials and authorized customer representatives.
Document Management:
- Receive, transmit, oversee, and disseminate vital documents for senior management.
- Ensure meticulous logging, digitization, and archiving of all documents entering or leaving the IOC.
- Implement a comprehensive document storage strategy, encompassing both short-term and long-term management of physical and digital records.
- Enforce retention protocols for the disposal of documents that are no longer operationally necessary.
Operational Systems Management:
- Manage intelligence and national security information systems, acting as the liaison with the U.S. Intelligence Community for urgent operations.
Support for Senior Officials:
- Assist senior officials during international assignments.
Equipment and Documentation Oversight:
- Establish and execute procedures for the upkeep of Intelligence Operations Center equipment and documentation.
- Revise emergency deployment kits and maintain updated emergency contact lists.
Research and Intelligence Gathering:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex operational challenges, disseminating information from intelligence, operational, and open-source channels.
Briefings and Documentation:
- Ensure prompt, precise, and targeted delivery of briefings, reports, and responses to inquiries, along with the coordination of relevant documentation.
- Print, distribute, and review briefing materials, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professional writing.
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Execute various administrative and operational duties to guarantee the effective functioning of the IOC.
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- Fulfill the role of Executive Secretariat during non-business hours when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Active DOE Q and SCI or DOD TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience of eight years.
- A minimum of four years of experience, including at least one year in intelligence watch operations.
- Exceptional program management, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept in conflict resolution and effective briefing of various intelligence community officials.
- Experience with all-source intelligence, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT.
- In-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community and U.S. Intelligence Community operations.
- Proficient in intelligence research, analysis, and production methodologies.
- Familiarity with intelligence and national security communication systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of DOE-IN functions, policies, and responsibilities.
- Experience in cloud and network security engineering.
