Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Also requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: A Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable timeframe from the date of hire. Selected applicants will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with a focus on Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, Wireless Communications, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a master's degree.
  • Experience in evaluating the performance of signal processing solutions
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ software development within Unix/Linux environments
  • Familiarity with software development tools, including integrated development environments (IDE), version control systems, and defect tracking tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and engage with a diverse customer base
  • Capability to develop testing criteria and execute design validation
  • Experience in a fast-paced development environment focused on complex signal processing solutions
  • Proficiency in developing signal processing algorithms using MATLAB or Python
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven technical leadership skills with a knack for generating and delivering innovative solutions
  • Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with a sense of urgency
  • A record of ongoing self-improvement in skills
