Dishwasher/Service Assistant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Service Assistant at Denny's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the dishroom and ensure all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Deliver trays of dirty dishware to the dishroom and stock service areas with clean dishware.
  • Clean and organize the back of house, including floors and removing garbage.
  • Maintain and service restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
