Job Description:
The successful candidate will work as a Nurse Practitioner, promoting and maintaining patients' health through tailored care. This role involves conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and monitoring patients' overall health. The individual will work closely with other healthcare professionals as a health advocate for disease prevention, supporting individuals in their pursuit of total wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine patients' medical records.
- Order and study diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose health conditions and propose treatments.
- Prescribe medications and maintain accurate records.
- Inform patients about their health conditions.
- Educate patients and their family members on diseases and prevention.
- Promote good health practices.
