Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Memorial Hospital - Bakersfield - MedicalSolutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

This is a 91-day contract position with a 3 x 12 hour night shift schedule. The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and lab results
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in emergency situations and respond to codes as needed
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
