We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapy Specialist to join our team at Thrive By 5. As a leading provider of pediatric therapy services, we strive to empower families with the tools and resources they need to enhance their child's development.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves providing speech therapy services to children aged birth-5 years in a center-based Pre-K setting. We welcome applications from experienced professionals and Clinical Fellows who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and supporting family-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans that align with IEP goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing education and support to promote consistent communication and carryover strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each child's unique needs.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our therapy programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • New York State licensure in Speech Pathology, or eligibility for CCC-SLP certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
