  • Maintain and update procurement records, such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their material and service requirements.
  • Assist in managing the company's procurement budget and track cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Assist in supplier audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain procedures and industry regulations is a plus.
