POSITION PURPOSE

As a Registered Nurse at Bayfront Health Port Charlotte, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing patient care delivered with an interdisciplinary approach. Using the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest standards of professional nursing practice.

Key responsibilities include directing and providing patient teaching activities, maintaining accurate and complete documentation of records, and participating in efforts to improve patient care through education and quality initiatives.

You will also provide leadership, direction, and guidance to ancillary staff in the care of patients, ensuring a seamless and effective care delivery process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Florida RN License
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
