Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional capabilities and quality of life.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and education, to patients with various medical conditions and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care, including setting realistic and achievable goals.
  • Document and record patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
