About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of environmental chambers and commercial refrigeration systems across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site evaluations to assess constructability and logistics of projects
  • Work with Project Managers to develop field installation schedules and personnel plans
  • Train employees to meet company standards and methods
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees as needed
  • Ensure onsite quality of construction and work with departments to streamline installation processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects
  • 5+ years of experience in fitting and brazing copper pipe
  • 5+ years of general commercial construction experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Experience with installation of environmental chambers or similar commercial refrigeration systems preferred
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Mechanical piping experience preferred
  • Universal EPA certification preferred, but not required
  • Universal Refrigeration certification preferred, but not required
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred, or open to be trained
