Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary between $88,000 and $104,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This full-time position also includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients regain mobility and improve their overall function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to address a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with patients and their families to ensure satisfaction with the care provided.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered).
  • Strong manual therapy skills and experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR and BLS certification required.
