ICU Nurse

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at a top critical access facility in Southwestern Wyoming.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating quality patient care, consistent with established hospital and nursing service policies and procedures.

You will work under the direct supervision of the Acute Care Supervisor and have the major responsibility for initiating, developing, and coordinating a discharge plan with assigned patients in collaboration with the physician and other healthcare providers.
