Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior.NET Developer. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our development team in creating innovative and efficient software solutions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior.NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft.NET development, with experience in designing and implementing web-based applications using a Microsoft platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, participating in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team in creating software solutions using Microsoft.NET
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications
  • Design and implement web-based applications using a Microsoft platform
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, project plans, and other documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in IT
  • 10+ years of experience in ASP.NET using Web Forms (Not MVC)
  • 10+ years of experience in VB.NET
  • 10+ years of experience in Visual Studio 2010 or later
  • 10+ years of experience in SQL Server 2012 or later
  • 10+ years of experience in JavaScript
  • 10+ years of experience in HTML
  • 10+ years of experience in XML
  • 10+ years of experience in CSS
  • 10+ years of experience in AJAX
  • 6+ years of experience in data conversion/migration (excluding DTS & SSIS migration packages)
  • 5+ years of experience in Crystal Reports Designer
  • 8+ years of experience in Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest
  • 8+ years of experience in licensing & permitting application development & maintenance
  • 8+ years of experience in time & attendance applications development & maintenance
  • 8+ years of experience in payment applications development & maintenance
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing web-based applications using a Microsoft platform
  • 10+ years of experience in the full application/systems development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in IT project management
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems
  • Ability to conceive and/or develop creative solutions and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with outlined standards
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to mentor other employees
  • Experience developing and maintaining documentation for procedures and processes
