Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to patients in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to achieve patient goals
Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Requirements:
