Job DescriptionAt Klamath Basin Behavioral Health, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services that promote the youth's abilities and developmental skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic interventions with youth as required and directed by the service plan.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote social skills, self-regulation, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with on-staff psychiatric teams and licensed clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assist with crisis situations, following emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate clinical records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • MHACBO QMHA certification.
