About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
