We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, families, and communities, promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Multistate License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Advanced certification in a specialty area, if applicable.
