Job Title:
Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in Shippensburg, PA. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with our experienced team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Must be approved by director before working overtime

Work Environment:
• Float to other clinics as needed
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week
• Will see 12-14 patients/day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
