Job Title: Route Delivery Driver

Hall's Culligan of Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Delivery Driver.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position responsible for delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers on our established route. The successful candidate will represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with customers on the established route.
  • Represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times.
  • Check the truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route.
  • Complete all deliveries on the route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops.
Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,001 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 8-10 hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis.
  • Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position.
  • 2-5 years of previous sales experience preferred.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity.
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms.
  • Outstanding 'team' attitude.
