We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at CAI. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our Compliance program with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and documenting system issues for Java applications with Oracle databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Office of Air Quality's Compliance program with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and documenting system issues
- Solicit and document end-to-end system requirements, including reporting needs
- Work closely with both program staff and IT staff to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
- Must be currently located in Indiana with the ability to work onsite in Indianapolis
- 8 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
- 8 years of experience with Power BI
- 8 years of knowledge with Java
- 8 years of experience troubleshooting application and database issues
- 8 years of experience documenting system requirements
- 8 years of experience soliciting and documenting end-to-end system requirements
- 8 years of experience documenting reporting requirements
- 8 years of experience documenting business processes
- 8 years of experience documenting data requirements, including data quality
- Experience working directly with technical and non-technical staff
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
