Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage complex engagements with a focus on high-value quality tax advice and seek to expand services to Investment Fund clients
* Serve as a Career Advisor, mentor, or coach to one or more employees, providing honest and timely performance feedback
* Advise clients on nexus, unitary, and business income, multistate tax planning, audit defense, and due diligence
* Manage complex state tax compliance and consulting projects for corporate and pass-through entities
* Drive growth and profitability to the Investment Fund practice by generating new revenue on existing client portfolio, cross-selling, and new clients for the tax practice
* Interact directly with clients handling questions, planning, consulting, etc.
* Serve as Tax client service coordinator while developing and executing the firm\u2019s client service plan
* Review research findings and ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards
* Manage corporate client needs with respect to tax services and state tax compliance
* Remain up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience providing income/franchise tax consulting services in a Public Accounting, Consulting, or Law firm
* Minimum of 7-8 years of experience providing sales and use tax consulting services in a public accounting, consulting, or law firm
* Thorough knowledge of a variety of state and local sales and use tax laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
* Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, and location. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
