About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator RN plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of care for patients undergoing oncology treatment at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments and communicating with healthcare teams
* Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
* Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns

**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
* State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
* Minimum of 6 months nursing (RN) experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is mandatory before start date

**Compensation and Benefits:**
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $33.61 - $52.10 per hour, based on experience.
